the place is somewhat chaotic with truck traffic, but just stay calm and patient. the food is very good here at the taco shop, and the washouts are very good too. just be aware that other drivers will be coming in trying to get a washout, you got to let people know you’re waiting. I don’t ever see any available truck parking here, as soon as a spot opens up it’s instantly taken. i completely understand why it’s paid parking here, people would literally be living here if it was free.

There was a time I give this place 5 stars. I have been coming here for years. Loved this place and was my spot. However Yesterday I had a very negative experience. When I am in town my wife brings my bows m340i to me so I can get around town. Yesterday I drove it washed it went shopping in it even went to tacos gordos. I parked it in front of the store yesterday evening as I always do and when my wife was about to go to work I saw my freshly washed recently parked vehicle had a sticker to be towed for being an ABANDONED VEHICLE. It was tagged by a new employee there by the name of marco. This type of thing is done by predatory tow companies. A visibly legal way to steal your vehicle. Police know about it calling them predatory companies. Unfortunately they have set up shop at this truck stop there by losing the trust and the confidence I once had coming here.

Amazing truck stop. The food at the taco shop is excellent, great quality. I highly recommend the burritos and quesadillas with carne asada. There are lots of drink options, including soda stations, a large selection of hot and iced coffee, and aguas frescas.

I'm a truckdriver with a 2 year experience. This is the best truck stop so far! Awesome food, clean and friendly employees. Ordered burrito and trailer washout. Excellent! Business owner must be proud he really take care of this truckstop. Will definitely come back again

It's the only washout in the San Diego area. The odd part is you have to back into the wash bay, but drive nose-in for the truck wash. It's $45 for a simple rinse out, and $55 with soap. Aside from that, the area's being worked on, as they currently have no fuel island. It's pay-to-park for overnight, but they do have restrooms and showers. There's a Mexican restaurant here and there is a small dining area. There are also ev charging stations. Also, if you need to change over money (dollars-pesos/pesos-dollars) you can do that here as well.
